Nonsurgical Management of Mullerian Agenesis with Saline Injection and Sustained Digital Pressure: A Case Series

When a woman with mullerian agenesis presents blind or absent vagina, management options include surgical vaginoplasty non self dilatation. Vaginal dilation should be the first line of agenesis. Because need for motivated, mature patients and long term dilatation follow up, gynecologists usually go vaginoplasty. We tried novel approach to nonsurgical vagina in cases injected normal saline into potential space between urethra rectum applied digital pressure daily 14-15 days. This procedure created vaginal which was further dilated by regular coitus and/ dilators. are presenting here series three managed dilatation, facilitated prior injection sustained pressure.
